Automating one process
from 6,000 MAD
One repetitive process wired between your existing tools: follow-ups, quotes, reporting, syncing. Delivered in 5 to 7 days.
- Written scope included
- Tested on your real data
- Handover documentation
No hourly billing, no time-and-materials, no drift. A written scope, a fixed amount, and a stated deadline. If the scope doesn't move, the price doesn't move.
Orders of magnitude
These ranges cover the large majority of projects. The exact amount is settled after the diagnosis, once the scope is written down — not before.
Automating one process
One repetitive process wired between your existing tools: follow-ups, quotes, reporting, syncing. Delivered in 5 to 7 days.
WhatsApp agent
An agent on your official WhatsApp Business number: replies, qualification, appointments, order tracking. Live in 5 to 10 days.
Voice agent
An agent answering your WhatsApp calls or your existing phone system. Between 7 and 15 days depending on the connection.
Document pipeline & OCR
Extraction from invoices, purchase orders or ID documents, validation, then writing into your management system. Priced per document type.
Monthly supervision
Monitoring, fixes, small evolutions and a monthly report. Optional: the delivered system runs without it.
Agencies & consultants
White-label delivery for agencies selling automation without a technical team. Volume-based sliding scale.
Transparency
Four factors explain most of the gap between the bottom and the top of a range. They are assessed during the diagnosis, in front of you.
The number of integrations
Connecting a tool with a clean API takes hours. A business application with no API, or a manual export, takes far longer. This is the first cost driver.
The state of your data
Clean, structured data speeds everything up. Heterogeneous files, duplicates, or hand-keyed records require a clean-up that is quoted separately and stated upfront.
The number of cases handled
An agent covering three scenarios costs less than one covering twenty. We often start with the most frequent cases and widen afterwards, if you want to.
Your compliance requirements
Hosting on your own machines, reinforced logging, short retention or written procedures: these requests are legitimate and feasible, and they have a cost that is stated in advance.
Always included
These are part of the quoted price. They do not reappear at the end of the project as an additional line.
Costs that are not ours
A system in production consumes external services. These amounts go straight to the providers, not to Relai. We estimate them with you during scoping.
Meta bills conversations by category and country. Volume estimated with you before go-live.
Billed per use by the provider. A well-tuned agent consumes little; we measure on your real volumes.
A few tens to a few hundred dirhams a month depending on load, or zero if the system runs on your side.
Frequently asked
Because an exact figure announced before seeing your process would be false. Two companies asking for "a WhatsApp agent" do not have the same tools, the same volume, or the same cases to handle. The ranges above are real and we hold to them; the final amount is written after the diagnosis and does not change afterwards.
No. Monthly supervision is optional and the delivered system runs without it. You are never in the position where stopping payment means losing the tool.
If the request comes from you, we quote the addition in writing and you decide whether to do it now or later. If the gap comes from a bad estimate on our side, it is on us. That is the counterpart of a fixed price.
In two instalments on most projects: a share at kick-off, the balance on accepted delivery. On projects split into stages, each stage is invoiced on its delivery, which lets you stop between two stages.
Yes, with no strings. Sometimes we conclude that automating your process is not worth it — we tell you, and it stops there. A badly scoped project costs everyone more than a project turned down.
30 minutes to map it and give you an honest range, in writing. No commitment.
