One person accountable
Diagnosis, scoping, building and handover are all handled by the same contact. Nothing gets lost between two departments, because there is only one.
Relai is a deliberately small outfit. You speak to the person who writes the system, not to a salesperson who will pass it on to someone else.
How we work
Many agencies sell broadly and deliver narrowly. We would rather state what we do not do at the first conversation, than have you discover it together with us halfway through a project.
One person accountable
Diagnosis, scoping, building and handover are all handled by the same contact. Nothing gets lost between two departments, because there is only one.
Specialists when needed
On work beyond our scope — design, legal, accounting — we work with named independents. You know who is involved and on what.
What we turn down
Paid advertising, community management, AI training courses. We deliver systems that run and we maintain them. The rest, we say so at the first conversation.
Where the method comes from
Relai comes from running structured programmes and projects, where budget tracking, traceability of supporting documents and deadlines are not negotiable. That is where the systematic written scope, the obsession with boundaries and the refusal of approximate deliverables come from.
The same standard shows up in the document pipelines we build: a badly extracted invoice or an incomplete file is not a technical detail, it is a management problem.
Verifiable commitments
These commitments are written here because they are enforceable. They also appear in the scope document you sign.

The entity
Relai is the trading name of Qelvyn LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming (USA) under number 2026-002048602. The accountable contact is reachable at contact@relai.ma.
We prefer to write this here rather than leave it at the bottom of a legal page: knowing which entity you are contracting with is part of what a buyer should know before signing.
30 minutes to understand what is costing you time, and to tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
