What clients ask before signing.
A standard WhatsApp agent is live in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your integrations. A simple automation takes 5 to 7 days. A larger system is split into deliverable stages. That way you have something useful from the first iteration.
Support is local, in French, during our clients' hours. We also work in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Our agents handle written Moroccan Darija, which is what customer conversations actually look like in Morocco.
You can stop at the end of any month. The delivered system remains yours and you are never locked into a subscription just to keep using it.
We work at a fixed price. The amount depends on the scope defined during the initial diagnosis. It is put in writing before we start and does not change afterwards, unless you ask for new features.
Your data is hosted on managed European cloud infrastructure, or directly on your own machines if your sector requires it. It is used solely to run your system: no resale, no reuse, and no model training.
We do not do paid advertising, community management, or AI training courses. We deliver systems that run and we maintain them. If your need lies elsewhere, we will tell you at the first conversation.
